Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 PM EST)

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking & Order Confirmation
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.

Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tammyusanguyen@gmail.com for assistance.
Order Changes & Cancellations
